To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests and team members, video recording, photography, and live streaming within our premises is restricted.
Guests are welcome to take casual photos or short clips for personal use only, such as capturing moments with family or friends.
However, these must:
Not include other guests or staff without their consent, and
Not cause disruption to other visitors or operations.
If staff determine that recording is affecting the comfort or privacy of others, you may be asked to stop.
Any filming intended for:
Social media accounts with an audience,
YouTube or streaming platforms,
Promotional or branded content,
Business, sponsorship, or commercial purposes,
must receive prior written approval from our Management Team before filming takes place.
You may be asked to:
Submit filming details in advance,
Sign a filming request form,
Agree to location and time restrictions,
Adhere to safeguarding and privacy rules.
Unapproved commercial filming or streaming is not permitted and our staff may request that recording stops and footage is deleted.
No filming or photography is permitted in staff-only areas.
Tripods, lighting equipment, stabilisers, or other filming gear require advance authorisation.
Drone use is strictly prohibited indoors or on Centre grounds.
